hello,
are you only allowed to post one photo of one design? or can you post a few designs?
You are able to post up to three designs but only one photo of each.
thank you, also i dont quite understand this:
"By submitting your photograph to the Australian Flower Industry you agree to grant the Australian Flower Industry, free of charge, the right to publish and the right to licence others to publish the photograph online and in all media as required."
So i understand they have the right to use your photo in the magazine, but do they also have the right to use it in any other media in the future? Aswell as other florist can use my image on their own website which could be taken for their own work?
Do i make sense?
Thank you for your question. Basically the disclaimer is set to allow photos to be used in other media that advertise the AIF magazine. For example the use of the design on flowergoss.com. Basically if you are happy for your design to be seen by the public and other florists than enter this competition.
Hope this helps,
James
Hi,
Anyone have any news on the winner of the front cover photo? Said results would be on AFI website by 1 December, but can't find them.
Cheers,
Annette
