Apack Pty Ltd in conjunction with www.flowergoss.com would like to invite you to participate in the 2011 Apack FlowerGoss Online Cup Competition.
You need to complete one floristry item using one or more of the three Apack products pictured above. The theme for the competition is 40th wedding anniversary/vow renewal dinner. The items that fall into this category are jewellery, item for the woman to carry, table centre, foyer arrangement, buttonhole, or corsage. Photographs need to be taken and submitted to FlowerGoss.com for judging. The choice of design, flowers and sundries are yours, but remember it must feature at least one or more of the Apack products shown above.
*One entry per person.
*Each person must have their own FlowerGoss membership. (Membership is free with an active email required) Photographs must be good quality as the design will be judged from the photograph. You may include a brief description of your design about your inspiration and thoughts on the products. This is not compulsory but may assist the judging.
*Entries will close Friday 14th October 2011.
The winner, judged by an industry judge, will receive a $500 Apack gift voucher. The top ten designs (Not including the Winner) will be displayed on a special FlowerGoss thread with the members are able to vote on their favourite designs. This winner will receive a $100 Apack Voucher.

· The Cognac size is 30cm. This is the only cognac available for this competition.
· The work must be your own.

Not having attempted a competition before, please could you explain how the 50% horticultral material is calculated/decided ?

This would be in regard to the Apack Item that you use. It must be 50% of the item you create in flower content (Think of it as space). So if the prop over dominates the floristry then you would be marked down.
I am sure your design will be great... give it a go and upload today.

Can you submit more than one photo of the same arrangement, i.e from a different perspective ?
