Floristry has always been my number one passion, I never imagined that as a result of doing something I love, I would get the chance to represent my state and country. The highlight of my career was when I took over my own business December 2006, I made the decision to change the trading name to Jacinta's Flower Studio which has had an extremely positive affect on the business. I Studied Certificate III in Floristry at Box Hill Institute of tafe, completed in 2003. I throroughly enjoy competing, however with the commitments of running my own business I have decided to give it a rest for now and take advantage of other opportunities. 2007 Interflora Florist of the Future Australia cup runner up. 2006 won national silver medal representing Victoria in the Worldskills Australia competition, as a result have returned in September 2007 from a 3 week scholalship in the UK. 2005 won the gold medal for the large scale tafe design at the MIFGS
