Special Event: Table Centre for the Races.

Please upload your designs for the AIF magazine competition in this forum.

The competition has two floral design categories:  You are welcome to enter in both categories.
1.      Christmas Theme
The floral arrangement will be for a special Christmas order ie hotel reception desk, corporate event or just a special Christmas delivery for a loved one.
2.           Special Event
The floral arrangement will be for a Special Event order of your choice ie table decoration for Spring Carnival, Wedding, Valentines Day, Birthday etc.

1.Special Event - Birthday Table display best suited next to a table full of multicolour cocktail beverages and fruit mocktails (Modern, funky and contrasting design to add a bit of fun to any birthday.)

2.Special Event- Corporate function house- Table display for buffet table or reception desk where people exchange business cards and chat over french campaign.(my design was influence by ikebana. I used tropical leaves and calla lillys for directional flow and twisted vine and grass for balance).

3. Special Event - Wedding (Elegant, fragrant and semi- modern design for the reception table where entering guests sign in their blessings.)

I touched my photos up with PhotoshopCS, since i had to remove the ugly background, but i do have the original RAW photos aswell.

Special Event - Wedding table centrepiece

Special Event - Wedding reception centrepiece - A new take on an old standard! Clouds of gypsophila billow from a tall standard with red rosebud on silver bullion accents.

Special Event: A simple arrangement for a 'shabby chic' style event.. wedding, baby shower, shop opening, party etc...
Lotus, sedum, hydrangea, calla and bound fibres

Special Event: a low love-heart shaped table piece, for any special occasion like a baby naming or christening, wedding or even a special memorial service...
miniature cymbidiums, roses, freesias, button chrys, phalanopsis, eucalyptus and dodda vine.

Special Event: a tall bird-cage style arrangement for a modern function.. a autumnal wedding, a gallery opening or perhaps a stage decoration. Spider orchids, chestnuts and rust coloured freesias on a black willow frame with sisal fibre.

Items used: Sisal nests, aluminium wire, feathers, bead sprays, bead pins, verigated grass, strip of material, satin ribbons, flowers -oriental lilies, phaleanopsis orchids rose petals and cherry blossom branches)

I really like "anncr" designs. and also Flowerfusions swan lake, would have love to see that in the real
