Nicole,
My advice is probably too late for you now, sorry, but if not or for in future.
I recommend Vista Print for all your marketing material, I printed banners, postcards, business cards, lawn signs etc for very little outlay, you just need to think outside the box and be creative in the way you use different things (ie. business cards can be used for appointment cards, rewards cards, discount vouchers etc).
If you have good photos of your work, get most of them printed in a book (BigW) and maybe a few blown up to small poster size to fill wall space (Officeworks).
If you have any silk flowers, make those up into examples of bridal bouquets, table arrangments, buttonholes etc. You can then sell them off after if need to recoup money, or pull apart and reuse in shop stock arrangements. ( I Personally keep them on display in our wedding consultation area so the brides can touch and really see the different options available to them during thier quote and revamp/update them every year for each expo)
You would most likely have a stack of vases, you could do a display of different size and shape vases with groupings of the different main bridal flowers, ie roses, orchids, lillies, callas, tulips, freesias, dahlias, hyacinths etc. This way you can show brides the flowers they are talking about, point out thier pros & cons and really interact with the brides, also the different vases can be a talking point towards table arrangements for reception etc. This way you would only need to buy @ 10 - 15 bunches of flowers that if looked after could maybe get used the following Monday in the shop.
Cheers,
Annette
