Hi
I am doing a wedding expo in july. I have done several in the past and they are always super busy. I always have a good response as i usually setup bouquets and albums. I always also give out a flyer. However sometimes I dont endd up receiving a big turn around in to bookings . any advice to clinch the deal so to say? any ideas on something to make my stand special?

Obviously you have been to that expo now, but for next time you could offer a discount or throw something in for free for bookings made on the day (or even within the following week/month)

Here are some of my tips:
+ always get an email address and assure them you will send a detailed quote to their email address
+ send your email quotation within 48 hours if possible.
+  at the end of your quotation, say something like: "this quotation is valid until 15 December 2010" and a $70 deposit will secure my services for your wedding on "15 February 2011" Put a bit of gentle  pressure on them to respond by a cut off date and let them think that you may be too busy to fit their wedding in unless they respond by a given date.
+ If you can get their home  address, I would send them a hard copy of your quotation just in case your email was sent to their junk mail folder.

Good luck.
