Successful? How do you know? Thread

Being "Successful" in a Floristshop or in Life, for that matter, is a time no one ever gets the opportunity to arrive at. It is a very dangerous situation to be in "to rest on your laurels attitude" and not set new goals which are just over the hill.
Our question is to florists on entering this Industry is what do you guage SUCCESS on?
Lets think about it together by asking yourself these questions about the Mothers Day poll.
We were run off our feet.
We made up more orders than last year. (No guessing, check last years records)
We run out of flowers.
We have a larger customer Database.
Were we a florist or a flowerseller.
Did we pay more commission to buy our local orders from ordergatherers.
Did we end up with a better bottom line than last year
How many orders were second and third hand orders?
