Send an email off to support@eflowersalive.com.au  with details of your business name & address, email, phone no etc. Information will be sent to you in reply about the "Snap-e-flora" management program written in florist language by florists for florists only.
Yesterday, we received an email from one of our "Snap-e-flora" florists who are so glad they are using the program, after they found an American Florist Forum website

Floristforums.com  Please check out this site and do not be misled that this forum actually describes the state of Floristry in Australia as well.
Our program is totally based on Customer Personal DIRECT Contact. FLOWERS DIRECT.......THE ORIGINAL WAY. It is being linked to a Website under construction directing the customer to the florist closest to the point of delivery across Australia. This is the ORIGINAL WAY of requesting FLOWERS, no middle man, no ordering fees, etc and all those devious means of robing the Florist Industry of our customers
To all florists in Australia, a very very serious discussion about the industry is required. Check out the above forum. Can you relate any of the stories to a local situation near you? Lets us all hear about it, with ideas to stamp out these practices, in the interests of Australian Floristry.
Hoping to hear from you in support.    Cheers from the Wise Old Owl   at EflowersAlive    support@eflowersalive.com.au

Floristforums.com    Try this address the one above does not seem to connect.   cheers

We created our own software system out of excel. If you have a little ICT skills you can save youself a lot of time. Hope that helps.
