New Florist / Gift shop FOR SALE Thread

Only opened 2 weeks ago.... Unfortunately Owner must return overseas ASAP.
The whole shop has been fitted out with shelving and Brand Spanking New Cool Room. 3 reverse cycle air cons.
Located on a very busy road Inner South East Melbourne.. staff parking at the rear of the shop.

I have been working in the shop since opening and have had nothing but positive feedback from locals, Happy to have a florist open in the area. The shop has been taking approx $300 per day of walk ins. We have only just begun to get phone and internet orders.
I Know this florist will really take off in this area as many people are still not even aware we are here.
We have a lovely range of gifts that are proving very popular. (great profit margin) 

I am so sad to see my lovely boss go but it is a matter of urgency.. I am also so sad to be losing my job in this shop i have helped to build. So i will be looking for work and would be happy to stay on 'hint hint"
