Vince, Welcome to down under Aussie Land. Are you a member of any of the American Florist Forums? eg Flower Chat, Florists for Change. Maybe you could bring to the Australian Florist Industry, how the Real Local Florists are coping with Relays/Ordergatherers in your country. Australia is going thru a difficult period and the Florist needs all the help they can get in the operation of their shops. Maybe we can help one another.
