Flowergoss.com" title="Wyld Orchids - FlowerGoss" target="_blank"> Media.flowergoss.com" at="Wyld Orchids" />
This was my daughters wedding bouquet who got married this year. It is a composite rose using imported large red Ecuador roses. The centre has a rose with lots of wired individual rose petals to create a large looking rose. The design then has a ring of roses at the base. It has a long spray of crystal beading and pearls on wire in between the roses at the base with both of these items purchased from Apack. This floral design needs a lot of support so I used the pearl wire beaded collar from Apack which created the perfect finish. The bouquet had a long handle with silk dodder vine and pearls on wire wrapped around it with a crystal trail attached to the end of the handle.

I offer a selection of floral table centre pieces for our wedding reception dining room at Nathania Springs. I use a range of Apack vases and sundries and was delighted when I conveniently had a photo of one of the vases featured in the competion. The bride's bouquet featured the same Upper Secret roses to compliment the centre pieces.

This Apack container was the inspiration for this table centre. Typha grass was woven into bronzenet, kale was wired and arranged in a layer alternating with rings of curled & threaded carnation leaves on the base of this arrangement. Carnations and the dark kale centres shape the dome. Pink and white Singapore orchids together with flowing asparagus link this design together.

Tropical rain. Mauve hyacinths dangled on gold thread, like raindrops. Tropical leaves, mauve hyacinths balance in the purple gel beads to complete.

My wedding bouquet is constructed using the oasis wire collar and knitted gold bullion wire, i used chop sticks as i didn't have any knitting needles. I formed a deep circular rounded shape to hold and place the flowers within the collar. I added the mesh piece just as an extension for the bouquet, still leaving the main focal area within the collar. I fashioned the handle using 3 x 20 gauge wires hand wound with white china knot, then rounded this on a rolling pin. I threaded frozen peas for a deep bright green, along with string of pearls, as i wanted to keep the form for the foliage all about the same size, and rounded, to keep the sense of movement. I threaded mauve hyacinths on bullion wire and loosely wrapped them from the top of the bouquet and gently around the back of the collar form, so that the bride to be would have a scent and flowers to look down upon. I threaded small oasis 8mm beads throughout to keep the beaded theme of the wire collar.

My wedding table piece includes singapore orchids, oriental lillies, silver suede, umbrella fern and moss. Also included is bead on a wire clusters. The theme of the wedding is white, green and silver. I chose this design as it would be something I would like to see in future weddings. A creative, classic white and green modern arrangement.

My wedding table centrepiece here contains Sweet pea, Ranunculus, Canterbury bells, Anemones and Brazellia.
I wanted to create something that was vibrant and refreshing. With the combination of colours and beautiful sweet pea scent this would leave a lasting impression on all the guests tables.

I am a cert 2 tafe student at Kurri tafe. I love the texture and shape of the palm pods and have been collecting them. Manda and Bron from tafe showed me the competition and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to play. I have used the palm pod and the lovely glass bowl it is very sturdy with a heavy base, oriental lilies, agaves , crystal headed pins and lime green wire. A big thank you to Apack for sending them so fast. I love the result and as this is my first competition and I have had so much fun I will have to enter more. thanks Carmen

Apac wire bouquet holder moulded into a wedding headpiece featuring pearls, amethyst swarovski crystals, phalaenopsis orchids, pansies and wax flowers. Flowers were sealed with wax before being wired to headpiece. The pearl and wire holder is very versatile. The wire is easy to shape and while it looks lovely used for its original purpose I also find it can be shaped into bridal hairpieces held in place by decorative hair pins (as shown) , bridal cuffs, arm bracelets, necklaces and fascinators.

I am a wedding florist based in Adelaide and for my Apack competition entry I decided to create a table centrepiece using the low round glass vessel from Apack.
To create the design, I lined the low round glass vessel with hessian, then filled it with half an oasis sphere also from Apack. I then covered the oasis sphere with modern groupings of native blushing bride, sweet pea, freesia and ranunculus.
For added interest and texture I used petite rattan balls in a line grouping and pieces of rattan for a textured top. I hope everyone likes it

From assisting friends I have grown into a small business operation based at home. This wedding decoration is based on the rectangular ceramic pot and filled with paper flowers with ferreo rocher chocolates and sugar almonds in the colour theme of the bridal party.

For those not into reading rules etc. just thought I would point out two of the conditions of entry, 50% horticultural material is required and ONE entry per person. Would hate to see any of these wonderful designs miss out on the prize because they didn't qualify within the rules.

For my entry I have used the Apack 30cm Martini Glass to create an elegant wedding table centre arrangement.
I chose to use David Austin roses as they are a wedding favourite with most brides and they have a perfect bloom.
I used petals to line the bottom of the Martini Glass to keep a contrast of colours and to add definition. I chose to use soft tones throughout the arrangement which has been very popular this season.
In the second photo I have used rose petals to scatter around the base of the glass to enchance the presentation, this is popular on the Bridal table.
