Dear FlowerGoss

Chocolate Flowers

I got these Chocolate Flowers for my birthday and though that we could use these in our industry. You could take the order in your shop and send it through the internet. Only for a good percentage, of course. I thought it was an interesting idea with some potential.

I have had a chance to study an arrangement closely. (One was delivered at the same time as I delivered flowers) All the fruit is damaged by the spicks. In the one I had a look at, the fruit had all been peeled and then placed very nicely BUT it would have to eaten very quickly before the fruit started to go off. Has that wow factor when delivered but??????

Good idea and a bit similar to the mini box with chocs on skewers BUT if you get ants in the shop - forget it, and soft centres ooze out.If you can sell that day they are a winner.

Careful with this sort of thing, you need food prep licences etc. all food items for sale in Australia also have to have nutitional facts and ingredients list. Don't think I would eat something someone stuck skewers into not knowing where they have been (or knowing the sanitisation of my workbench!!!)
